(LAFI), which is managed by a volunteer Board of\nDirectors, owns the Lake Arbor Foundation Center. The Center consists of the Dean Room, the Herman\nL. Murrell Pavilion, newly renovated tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools and bathhouses,\nparking areas and parkland (collectively referred to as the Center).\n\nThe LAFI Center facilities are governed by the following priority-use categories:\n<h1>LAFI Sponsored Programs (Class A)<\/h1>\nincludes charitable, cultural, educational, and\nrecreational sponsored programs. These programs have priority use of all owned facilities over\nClass B and C. A registration fee may be charged.\n<h1>Community-Based Organizations (Class B)<\/h1>\nincluding community non-profit organizations\nsuch as civic\/homeowners associations or other community-based organizations, may request of the\n<strong>Dean Room and\/or Herman L. Murrell Pavilion<\/strong> for pre-approved scheduled community\nmeetings. These organizations have priority use of these facilities over Class C activities. A fee\nmay be charged unless the organization currently supports LAFI financially.\n<h1>Rentals (Class C)<\/h1>\nThe Dean Room and Herman L. These events must be\npre-approved, are fee-based and time-limited. The occupancy capacity and noise-level\nrestriction regulations established by Prince George\u2019s County Government must be adhered to.<br>\n<br>\nRepeat renters are eligible for a discount.<br>\n<br>\nNonprofit organizations that lease Monday through Thursday, 9:00am \u2013 4:00pm may qualify\nfor a discount.
